The Recruitment Process

If your online application is successful, you will be invited to complete the following steps in the selection process.

The recruitment process for the Graduate Engineer Programme encompasses five stages, as outlined below.

Phase 1 – Online assessment

Phase 2 – Digital interview

Phase 3 – Group discussion and written skills test

Phase 4 – Individual interview

Phase 5 – Presentation and final interview

 

You can expect to learn about the outcome of your application within two to three weeks of your final interview.

Please note that all interviews (except digital interview) will be held at Cathay Pacific City, and that business attire is appropriate.

We suggest you prepare by thinking about the examples and experiences you can share to best demonstrate your skills, passion and motivation to start a career with Cathay Pacific Engineering.
